I currently work as a Lead UX Designer at Williams Sonoma in a fully agile environment with cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and product owners on the native mobile apps for Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, PB Teen and PB Kids, as well as on digital experiences in the e-commerce space for the entire Williams Sonoma brand umbrella.

In my recent work at United Airlines, my focus was to enrich the traveler's journey with intuitive and engaging digital interfaces, focusing on creating the next generation of the United in-flight entertainment app, leading UX in the Cargo and United for Business space, as well as the website and enterprise experiences.

My previous work at Total Wine & More streamlined the e-commerce checkout process and broadened digital payment options, significantly improving the consumer app and website functionality, resulting in over 20 million dollars in revenue in only a couple short years.

My background in a variety of industries from consulting to hospitality to finance has driven me to focus on what makes us all different, and how those differences make us stronger. I’m a designer, a researcher, a strategist, an avid concert-goer, a typography nerd, a city-wanderer, and a lover of any and all things ocean. I dream in color, and thrive on bringing out the joy in people and business by understanding what makes them tick.
